Our Market
The home building and real estate markets in the US have fully recovered from the global financial crisis of 2008. Inventory has largely been absorbed and prices have rebounded to the pre-bubble levels of 2005 as demand for new homes continues to be on the rise. New investment in retail and restaurants continues to support the market turnaround.
The tourist markets in the America’s and the Caribbean have also recovered as many markets have recently posted record breaking years as development also continues to expand. According to the tourist and development statics, demand is strong throughout the region including in Turks & Caicos, the Bahamas and Jamaica where both the 2nd homes market and the hotel and resort markets are expanding at a healthy pace.
